With 30 years of combined experience, our team is composed of cannabis industry veterans in the manufacturing and retail sectors with multiple Cannabis Cup Awards Phire Labs set a mission to commercialize cannabis concentrates, as these products are the cleanest, most accessible way to consume the beneficial components of the cannabis plant. Phire Labs holds an active California Department of Health Manufacturing License and a California Bureau of Cannabis Control Distribution License.

BHO EXTRACTION
BHO (Butane Hash Oil) extraction technique is the most efficient extraction method available. With an average extraction cycle of less than one hour, BHO is the fastest commercial extraction method. In comparison to CO2 supercritical extraction, BHO extraction is 9 times faster. BHO extraction offers a complete, non-polar terpene profile that is on par with cannabis plant’s natural profile.

Phire Labs offers solventless live rosin processing. Live Rosin is a high quality, limited yield product that is usually not offered by tolling or white label manufacturers. With extensive solventless extraction experience, Phire Labs can guide your brand in determining the strains and biomass that would produce high quality live rosin.
Solventless Live Rosin Extraction
Phire Labs can produce live resin, live rosin and distillate cartridges/pods. We can create High Terpene Full Spectrum Extract cartridges (HTFSE) and High Cannabinoid Full Spectrum Extract cartridges (HCFSE) in both solventless live rosin and hydrocarbon live resin consistencies. All Phire Labs vape cartridges and pods are filled in genuine CCELL hardware. Our vape processing follows the same Phire Labs stringent processes and procedures as other products to supply you with superior quality.
Vape Cartridge Processing
Our state of the art hydrocarbon extraction and processing machines are available for your tolling and white label cannabis brands. While other facilities use modular extraction booths, Phire Labs built custom rooms to streamline the production process increasing the ability to scale your brand. Live Resin Extraction
Crude Extraction is cumbersome process that requires vast amounts resources to be cost effective. We offer an in-house solution to solve your crude extraction needs to free up your valuable resources by streamlining the distillation process by providing high quality winterized and polished crude.

Distillate Processing
At Phire Labs we offer a comprehensive solution to your distribution and transportation needs. We have the capability of storing product from -60 degrees to room temperature at our facility. Our staff has been thoroughly trained in all aspects of the transportation of cannabis, as requested by the Department of Transportation and the Bureau of Cannabis Control. All of our vehicles are maintained daily and equipped with the latest cooling and tracking technology available for transporting biomass and cannabis concentrate end products.

Live Rosin Batter (Badder)
Live Rosin Badder undergoes further refinement through a process known as cold curing. The cold cured hash is then oxygenated and homogenized by hand whipping.
Distillate Vape Cartridges
Our ultra high purity distillate creates a much more refined and pleasant vaping experience. Thanks to our state of the art distillation machines we can produce potent unadulterated distillate vape cartridges that are discreet and economical.
Full Spectrum Extract
